The Boise Police department is currently investigating the shooting in Boise that took place on Thursday evening.
It all started when police officers on duty received a call from Bannock Street (between 17th and 18th street) regarding the incident at 7:50 pm. Upon arrival, the police found an injured man with a gunshot wound. Officers called for immediate first aid and transported the injured victim to a nearby hospital for treatment.
